An hour. Entirely yours.
Pleasure does not need to become another task.

Choose a pause you actually enjoy. Not the ritual that looks best in a photograph. Music with no other task, a quiet breakfast, flowers on the table, or a book you have wanted to open. The point is attention, not performance.
Decide what would interrupt it and make one adjustment in advance. Put your phone elsewhere, tell someone when you will be available, or choose a shorter pause you can comfortably protect.
When it ends, you do not owe anyone a transformation. You can simply keep what felt good and leave the rest. Your time does not have to earn its place by making you more productive.
- 01Choose one pleasure.
- 02Give it a little space.
- 03Leave the outcome open.
